Ingredients:
1 16oz. black bean can (rinse)
2 tomatoes chopped
4 green onions (chopped)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp. cilantro (chopped)
2 jalopeno peppers (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Refrigerate overnight.
