diy: pastel can vases.

this year, i have gotten really into flowers and plants.
i have been so into finding vases and old bottles for little floral touches.

i love this idea of spray painting old cans in pretty spring colors.
you can read more on the tutorial here.

diy: headboard.

i love a creative headboard.
furniture is so expensive, and i have been loving
all of the creative options to save money
(at least for a guest bedroom).

insert: the wood pallet headboard.
so inventive, if only i had thought of it myself.

happy cinco de mayo!

i just love cinco de mayo.

usually i like to spend the day dressed in my mexican dress

and end the day eating tacos with some friends.

this year i don't have the time to do anything fun, and the office doesn't approve of mexican attire but next year i will just have to make up for it!

next year i will for sure be making these streamers.

tutorial on how to make them here.

swoon.

i am seriously head of heels in love with the decor shop {bhldn} launched today. there are too many great ideas, and are surprisingly relatively reasonably priced.

they have everything from tabletop and lighting to decorating and stationary.

i can't wait to order a few things for the wedding!

well done anthro. you never seem to disappoint!

go see for yourself here.
