another monday in paradise.

today i am hitting the beach with the girls. 

it should be a lovely day. 

good weather, cute suit, and a great book in hand.

feelin' hot hot hot..

well it is another beautiful day at the beach, but hot hot hot! 

i feel like i am melting! so far the day has been a good one. 

i started the day with a morning run. 

then i ate breakfast and finished "Baby Proof" (i would recommend it!) 

While on the beach, i have been taking in rays, and i got started on "Hope in a Jar."

 so far so good... we shall see what the rest of the day has in store!
